ULTRA SHIELD TERMS AND CONDITIONS Advanced Contractual Terms Under This Agreement By connecting a Wallet, clicking confirmation, or executing any Smart Contract transaction, you acknowledge and agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. PERSONAL SECURITY & SELF-CUSTODY (PRIMARY CLAUSE)
1.1 The User is solely and exclusively responsible for the security, custody, and control of their Wallet, Private Key, Seed Phrase, credentials, devices, and access methods.

1.2 The Platform does not and cannot access, control, recover, or manage any User Wallet.

1.3 The Platform shall bear no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or compromise arising from, including but not limited to: • Theft • Hacking • Phishing • Malware • Unauthorized access • Disclosure of private credentials • Third-party interference • User negligence • Transaction confirmation errors

1.4 Any transaction executed from a connected Wallet shall be conclusively deemed to have been authorized by the lawful controller of that Wallet.

2. PRIOR UNDERSTANDING BEFORE SMART CONTRACT EXECUTION

2.1 The User expressly confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all Terms prior to executing any Smart Contract.

2.2 Confirmation via Wallet signature constitutes explicit, voluntary, and binding consent.

2.3 The User confirms they are not relying on any representation, marketing statement, oral communication, or expectation outside of what is expressly written herein.

3. IRREBUTTABLE PRESUMPTION OF UNDERSTANDING

3.1 Wallet connection, digital signature, confirmation click, or Smart Contract interaction shall constitute conclusive and irrebuttable presumption that the User has fully read, understood, and accepted all Terms.

3.2 The User shall not assert lack of knowledge, misunderstanding, failure to read, misinterpretation, or lack of awareness of risk as a defense or basis to avoid contractual obligations.

3.3 Personal misunderstanding or subjective interpretation shall not invalidate, suspend, rescind, or modify the binding effect of this Agreement.

4. CONTRACTUAL RIGHTS (INCLUDING BUY BACK STRUCTURE)

Under this Agreement, including mechanisms related to the Buy Back structure, the User may elect: • To Claim USDT in the amount specified; or • To Recall ACT in the exact amount expressly agreed, specified, and defined under this same Agreement, without expansion, reinterpretation, or additional claim beyond what is contractually stated. These rights are part of the same singular Agreement from inception.

5. SYSTEM RECALL MECHANISM (IF CLAIM CANNOT BE EXECUTED)

If Claim USDT cannot be executed for any reason, including but not limited to technical constraints, structural limitations, liquidity conditions, network factors, or system modifications, the Platform provides a Recall ACT mechanism under the same Agreement.

Execution of Recall ACT under such mechanism: • Returns the User’s ACT in the full contractually specified amount • Constitutes full contractual performance • Shall not be deemed breach • Shall not be deemed default • Shall not constitute compensation • Shall fully and finally extinguish contractual obligations relating to that position

6. WAIVER BY NON-SELECTION

If the User does not elect Recall ACT within system parameters when available, such inaction constitutes voluntary waiver of that right. No additional claims, restoration, or retroactive recovery rights shall arise.

7. SMART CONTRACT FINALITY Smart Contract transactions are Final, Binding, and Irreversible. Blockchain records shall constitute definitive and controlling evidence of execution and completion.

8. ZERO ROI REPRESENTATION / NO INVESTMENT

8.1 No return on investment (ROI), yield, profit share, or financial return is guaranteed or represented.

8.2 Displayed USDT amounts are contractual values, not profit representations.

8.3 This Agreement does not constitute: • An investment contract • A securities offering • A financial product • An investment solicitation

8.4 The User is not participating as an investor.

9. ABSOLUTE MARKET RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT ACT is a volatile digital asset. Price may increase or decrease significantly. Price differences before or after election shall not give rise to any claim. The User assumes full market risk.

10. ASSUMPTION OF TOTAL RISK The User assumes all risks relating to: • Market volatility • Liquidity • Smart Contract failure • Protocol changes • Network congestion • Cybersecurity risks • Technological malfunction Without any guarantee, indemnity, or insurance by the Platform.

11. COMPLETE WAIVER OF CLAIMS The User irrevocably waives any and all claims, direct or indirect, arising from: • Market fluctuation • Execution of Recall or Claim • Financial loss • System use • Technological risks

12. ABSOLUTE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Under no circumstances shall the Platform’s liability exceed zero. The Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

13. FORCE MAJEURE / STRUCTURAL CHANGE The Platform shall not be liable for events beyond its reasonable control, including technological, network, regulatory, or structural changes.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT These Terms constitute the entire agreement governing the subject matter herein.

15. SEVERABILITY If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

16. SURVIVAL Waiver, limitation of liability, assumption of risk, and related provisions shall survive termination or completion of the Agreement.
